Created in 2003, Fleur de Mets currently belongs to a circle of event catering gurus in the French capital.
Our business is on a human scale, and we put close cooperative relationships at the core of what we do so that our dedicated teams can offer our clients bespoke solutions.
Fleur de Mets is backed by a family office, the COSER Group.
Our company efficiently provides support to clients through recommendations on the various elements of their reception, from the strategic choice of venue, to the cuisine, and of course table decor and service.
In January 2019, Fleur de Mets received the ISO 20121 certificate for its sustainable event management system. At Fleur de Mets, we’ve been engaged for nearly 10 years now; and, as a socially and environmentally aware company, we lead solid actions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and get our clients on board with positive-impact receptions.
In January 2020, the business located to Saint-Denis and signed the Corporate -Territory Charter of the Plaine Commune, a conurbation authority of Greater Paris. An entirely new production kitchen has been eco-designed to produce receptions for 10 to 5,000 people with total peace of mind.
Fleur de Mets is a member of the Traiteurs Événementiels Paris, a high-end catering collective in Paris.

The Creative Director and Chef Philippe Saillard is at the helm of FLEUR DE METS’ cuisine, one based on creativity and fusion with a garden fresh flair.
He produces a consensual, straightforward, alluring cuisine that offers intense flavour and boldness.
FLEUR DE METS cuisine is rooted in nature’s goodness, one that goes hand in hand with seasonality, producers and the respect for not only flavours, but also for the environment.
Some of the desserts by our Chef Séverine Rol are revisited icons, but they always express a delicate, feminine touch. Her creations are contemporary, offering a blend of flavours, aromas and textures.
Fleur de Mets regularly invites a renowned pastry-chef to contribute to our client’s menu and table. We also collaborate with the latest generation of talented chefs, or even those already awarded Michelin stars, to offer signature made to measure services.

WINE AND MIXOLOGY
Because wine is inseparable from French cuisine, we invest great care in our Fleur de Mets cellar selection to respond to each and every one of your needs and desires. Our wines come from passionate, engaged winegrowers from different regions and terroirs in France. Because we encourage positive-impact receptions, 95% of our selection consists of wines that carry labels such as ‘high environmental value’, ‘organic’, ‘Terra Vitis’, ‘natural’ or ‘derived from sustainable farming’.
For your dinners and tastings, the young sommelier Alice De Franclieu invests her expertise and passion to recommend just the right food & wine pairings to give your guests a sensational experience.
For evening parties or cocktail bars, our partnering mixologists will suggest bespoke recipes to match your image or more classical drinks if you prefer. With the most seasoned bartenders, you’re guaranteed great entertainment!

FLEUR DE METS’ artisan bakers, master cheesemakers, poulterers, market garden farmers, horticulturists, producers and retail partners are all talented men and women devoted to flavour and high standards. Every day, we order fresh, high quality, flavourful products. They form the foundation of the culinary excellence your guests will experience.
Our Decor & Scenography Department’s job is to assist you with the theme of your event and create an atmosphere for the evening that conveys your image. With enthusiasm and talent, the team can successfully tackle the job of echoing a Parisian exhibit, for example. They create a scenography to mirror your event’s theme, your colours, your values, from the simplest symbolism to the most architectural.
ARTISTIC BEAUTY FOR THE EYE OF THE BEHOLDER
To please your guests, we’ve composed an exclusive line of elegant yet functional table art and decor for buffets, including softly coloured serving platters with organic forms, or those of a Scandinavian style, buffet display stands, decorative folding screens, etc.
Together we will carefully select colours, textiles and floral decorations down to the most finite detail.
This year, we’ve invited Marjorie Colas for artistic collaboration focused on our live cooking.
Paper is at the core of Marjorie’s racy, imaginative creations. Inspired by nature, poetry and her travels, she explores paper’s fragility, its radiance, its shadows.
She adds beauty to your receptions with a series of poetic and narrative “culinary photophores” she created.
In addition to gastronomy and scenography, service is the cornerstone of a successful event.
From gueridon service to roller skates, from serving trays to buffets and from neck ties to denim, devoted skill and attentiveness are always part of the menu, and that’s regardless of whether you have 20 or 2,000 guests.
THE ART OF HOSTING AT FLEUR DE METS
It is a rhythmic choreograph in which each member of the service staff infuses their know-how into the tempo of your event. From the moment they greet your guests until they bid them farewell, the staff contributes to the smooth running of a truly remarkable moment.
Guided by our reception directors, who are true “ballet masters” of the events industry and capable of hosting several thousand guests, our maitre d’ brigades, cooks, sommeliers and of course our chefs serve and enliven your dinner party or your cocktail reception.
