Major events

“Fleur de Mets works alongside organisers of major international events in a variety of fields such as sports, culture, entertainment, etc. It offers a whole range of catering solutions for teams, exhibitors, customers, sponsors and visitors.

Over several days, our teams can orchestrate synchronised catering services for teams, cocktail receptions, pop-up restaurants, stand deliveries, for-profit food service operations, open bars and dining rooms.

Our company is also skilled in managing hospitality services at venues and during major sporting and cultural events.

Major Events

The historical clients in Fleur de Mets’ portfolio include the Maison&Objet trade fair, the Paris Photo Show and the Stade de France stadium. More recently, the Paris Peace Forum, the Festival du Livre de Paris book fair, Change Now, and the Cité de la Réussite convention entrusted us to organise their major events.

SOLUTIONS

Fleur de Mets prepared and served the food & drinks at the Festival du Livre book fair. We catered a staff of 1,000, an inauguration cocktail reception for 4,000 guests, a VIP lounge for 1,500 people per day and provided food service for the fair’s 80,000 visitors.
